Mr. Saad Abdul Aziz Ali Al-Wazzan
Chairman and Managing Director

A graduate of the University of Kuwait with a degree in finance, Mr. Wazzan is a forward-looking leader and significant contributor to Kuwait’s corporate development. He has extensive insight into transforming family-owned businesses in diversified, regional corporations.

In addition, Mr. Wazzan currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for Al-Wazzan Holding Group, Chairman of the Board for United Capital Bank Sudan, and as a board member for Mushrif General Trading and Contracting
Mr. Abdelfattah T. Toukan
Board Member
Holder of a twin degree in Science and Engineering and of Post graduation in Business Administration including PhD in Communication from various renowned Universities abroad, Mr. Toukan has an unbeatable experience of nearly 3 decades in various executive positions. While being Board member in Nafais, he simultaneously holds reputable positions such as Chief Resident Engineer of DIWI GmbH consultants based in Saudi Arabia and of Director in Dubai Holding, Government of Dubai.
Mr. Abdulaziz Zaid Al-Subaie
Board Member
A Science graduate from Kuwait University, Mr. Al-Subaie has started his professional career at the very prime of youth, starting with Gulf bank, Kuwait in 2004. Within a short span he has held several top positions such as vice-chairman, chairman and manager in reputed firms like Al Dar Limited Trading, Masaref Holding Company etc.
Mr. Malek Ahmed Sultan
Board Member
A holder of MBA from Georgian State University / USA, Mr. Sultan boasts of over 13 years experience in financial and IT fields with double concentration on finance and e – business. He Has an academic activities as Finance Instructor at AUC and participated in the financial and managerial restructuring of several companies. Currently, Mr. Sultan is a board member in Mena for Real Estate and Touristic Investment, Development and Engineering Consultation Co., Raya Holding Corporation and Watheeqa Securities Brokerage Co. .
